As Innovate Foods grew and our staff numbers increased, so came the appointment of our first HR Manager. Stacey joined Innovate in November 2021 bringing her 20 years of experience as a generalist HR professional, skills well-earned in several market sectors.

Passionate about enriching change, Stacey’s focus is to endorse a progressive HR Policy encompassing employee development, training, Best Practice, employee engagement and retention. In addition to her professional credentials, she is a trained Mentor and an empathetic listener.

Stacey is part of the HR collective for both the European and UK sites within the Frostkrone Group. She benefits from shared resource and collaboration.

Stacey and family are huge motor sport enthusiasts; glorious Goodwood Festival of Speed being firmly etched into their motorsport calendar.
