Angharad became Innovate Foods first CFO in February 2021 further strengthening the backbone administration and finance of the business. With her comprehensive professional qualifications, combined with over 20 years of experience in several business sectors, she is responsible for both strategic financial planning and the P&L accounting functions, leading her team. She also holds responsibility within the wider Frostkrone Group.

Angharad has a passion and energy, evident in her daily involvement and continuous improvement planning across many sectors of the business, beyond the accounting function. A stickler for reconciliation, reporting and KPIs, she has implemented procedures and systems.

She is an extremely active and social person; demonstrated in her joy of a varied list of pastimes, to include indoor rock climbing, yoga, and hillwalking.
