Graeme joined Innovate Foods in December 2023. Graeme brings 22 years of food manufacturing and finance experience having held senior management positions in Halls, Mowi and Marine Products of Scotland.

Graeme is driven not only to produce the numbers but also to work with all stakeholders in the business to help make a difference.

Having spent 6 years commuting daily to Glasgow he is happy to be back working in his hometown of Fife where he has more time to spend with his family and enjoy his sporting interests.
