Chris joined Innovate Foods in August 2022. He brings 30 years of food manufacture and processing experience, across multiple sites. His career success presents with longevity and loyalty within the traditions of family owned and run businesses. Having achieved exponential growth and development in meeting the demands of today’s food manufacturing industry, he brings his skill and foresight to the next chapter of Innovate Foods development.

Chris has a passion for managing and motivating with personal staff development firmly centred in driving productivity from a motivated and happy workforce. He is committed to delivering exceptional customer service standards and maximising customer collaboration and relationships.

Having spent a few years commuting between his home in Scotland and his previous work in Northern Ireland, family time is all the more precious to Chris. In joining Innovate he looks to re-balance the work/life commitments, get his Handicap in-check and take time to enjoy his varied sporting and leisure pursuits.
