1930's when the current managing director Tony Dumbreck's grandfather started growing mushrooms in Scotland. The philosophy of

using top quality ingredients is underpinned by over 70 years of experience in mushroom growing.

 

The company has seen significant growth from humble beginnings and has evolved into a first-choice producer for many of the UK's branded

high street pub & restaurant chains, wholesalers, cash 'n carry's and other food service sectors.

 

Our purpose built factory site operates to the strictest hygiene and quality control conditions using industry best practice methods. We're proud to boast the highest standards of staff training, holding several accreditations including an A pass in the British Retail Consortium Global technical standard.
